If you would like to download the
Windows Media Player or Quicktime files:

Windows - right-click your mouse over a file and save it to a location.
Apple OS - hold down the option key and click over a file and it will
get saved to your desktop.

  Hold down the Alt or Option key and click the format compatible with your iPod. Save the file to your desktop and then add it to iTunes.
