turned out, hear the markets, in general, are quite hot

cut is better than #4 logs (pallet, Ind grade). Also, on first
sale includes pulling of tops so you could add $20 per mbf
- Prices
reported by my foresters. NY and MA mills are outbidding local mills by
40-50%
